Bullion Compare is a price reference tool. We collect as little data as possible and do not sell or share it with anyone.
What we collect

- Usage data — watchlist items and price alert settings you configure.
- No payment data — we don't sell metals or process transactions.
How we use it
- To provide account features (watchlist, price alerts).
- To send transactional emails — price alert notifications only. No marketing email without your explicit consent.
- We do not build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.
Local storage
Your payment-method preference (wire vs. credit card) is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not associated with your account.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Third parties
Our hosting provider has incidental access to server logs, which may include IP addresses. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which removes all associated data.
